PPQ — The BIG Question
Finally, there's one simple question that can make an enormous difference in your program —
Do you have any suggestions to help me make this program more successful?
I believe that you should always ask the meeting planner this question in your PPQ. You’d be surprised how many times the meeting planner will have a good idea, but is reluctant to “tell you how to do your job.”
Besides, even if they don’t have a suggestion, asking the question demonstrates your commitment to the success of the program. And what meeting planner wouldn’t appreciate that?
